Hi, I’m Abegael Fleming.
After struggling many years with chronic illness, countless antibiotics and steroids, crippling stomachaches, and severe skin reactions, I realized that I needed to take a different approach to my health. Instead of taking a pill to help my symptoms, I started thinking about what was causing the symptoms in the first place. I decided to try an elimination diet with some food items I ate regularly, then added in new whole food meals. Within a few weeks my health did a full 180. My constant battle with chronic illness was finally improving, and my stomachaches subsided. From that moment on I needed to know more! I have a strong passion for helping others find their healthy balance and “Live Simply.”
I decided to go back to school with the Nutritional Therapy Association to become a certified Functional Nutrition Therapy Practitioner. My goal is to help guide and educate as many individuals as possible on how to heal their bodies through functional and alternative methods. My focus and areas of expertise are, digestive aid, immune support, stress management, and meal planning.
